Marianne, you signed my tattered copy of A Return To Love years ago after your talk in New York at Marble Collegiate Church. I've read this book and others by you (The Law of Divine Compensation is on my bedside table and I read it every morning) many times and the message and the miracles never fade. In fact, as I grow older and wiser, the words take on new meaning. You told me that night when you signed my book, "an author's dream". As a writer myself, I wish to one day experience the same awe and joy that I saw in you, knowing my words have impacted a reader so deeply as your words have impacted me, and so many others. Thank you for all that you do.
Dear Dear Marianne, I could never thank you enough for the impact of A RETURN TO LOVE and your influence on my life. So, I wrote a whole Substack in dedication, highlighting the six week seminar reflecting on its principles. The world will thank you for its rebirth. I know I do. Robi Byrd @Magenta Door
Right now I'm choosing to not make financial contributions to your business.
I'm using your Book Club postings as a prompt to dig into my own copy of The Mind Of Love, and as you do your 6-week course on Return to Love it's likely that I will review some pages from that book as well.
You know I have moments of disagreement with you about your political process, but I have never disagreed with the principles in your books. I feel distress within myself when I disagree with you because I was raised by a woman who never allowed me to disagree with her without losing her love.
Part of my spiritual work in life is to allow myself to disagree with someone line you, who I love and respect, and overcome the fear that love and respect will not be granted to me if I do so. It is also my work to recognize that you and I are different people. At the level of personality, we are entitled to different thoughts, and sometimes different paths of action. But at the level of soul, We Are One Thing, and that one thing comes from the perfection of Love Itself.
Love is the source of Grace, and Grace is the source of Forgiveness, which is the lesson you learned and taught so well in Return To Love.
Thank you again for that lovely book and for the reminder that it's always good to walk through those pages again.
I was horrified to read today that one of my favorite semi- comedic commentators, Pakhomen, whom I often enjoy wrote something mean about you today, implying that thank god we didn’t vote for you. You said something offensive to him, so he attacked. I’m sorry that you still have to deal with this rubbish. Rest assured that those of us contributing to your campaign knew that your truths were far over the heads of the majority of voters, but I and my friends kept donating what we could to give you time to plant better seeds in their souls: In All likelyhood these seeds will shape our future long after we’re gone. Rest in The knowledge that you have made a big difference; don’t abandon the hope that reality is relative. The truth will out.
I have no idea what happened between the two of them. I do know that Marianne made a misguided statement about the situation in Springfield Ohio and she got a lot of harsh feedback on it.
Good people can make mistakes and still be good people. Maybe what he said is a spiritual mistake, but the joy you have taken in listening to his commentary, that's not a mistake.
The joy is yours to have and to keep, and his reaction to Marianne is something you are entitled to release and move on.
Mary Ann did not make a racist statement. She didn't think before she posted something that had a lot of consequences for her.
I don't agree with her that everyone who objected to her statement was projecting their own issues on to her, but sending hatred in her direction is not fair or helpful.

Truest words I've heard today.
And a lovely thing to remember.
Looking forward to this!
Seductive
I just found my old tapes yesterday. I'm looking forward to listening again. They were a part of my morning ritual, to work, for a long time!
It changed my life! Truly ❤️
I keep a copy on my phone to listen to 💝

Thank you, Miranda. I appreciate it greatly. Your words are very kind.

unsubscribing because i'm ashamed of your haitian voodoo racist tweet...you are the last one i'd've expected that from
so awful
I did not make a Haitian racist tweet. But by all means unsubscribe if you feel the need to project that onto my words.
