Oh, that's right. They rejected him because of all the mortgage fraud, getting loans by claiming properties were worth much more than they actually were.
America for the americans was well received because we thought, America meant the continent and americans its people.
The people from the USA rather think and mean, americans are themselves and America is the continent. So, this continent is for the white powerful people of the USA, is what they mean.

Putting the money into a private account in Qatar prevents any scrutiny and allows Trump to steal much of the money. He is a jealous man who is obsessed with winning and with wealth. I think his goal is to conquer nations with large oil and mineral reserves, have American companies extract those reserves, give those corporations enough to make a profit, and steal the rest for himself. I think Trump is jealous of Musk talking Tesla into giving him a trillion dollars over the next decade. Trump wants to beat Musk at becoming the world’s first trillionaire. I think Trump will do anything, at any cost to America, to satisfy his obsession with.
What a fragile system - all over the globe - one orange being - puts everything everywhere out of balance. No where to seek shelter when almost every body is more or less frightened and in need.
