Another great interview … The enemy is NOT out there … WE are the enemy … when we do nothing about what’s going on … Call or write your Congressman or Senators … attend a rally or post on line … there are lots of small steps that we can take !!!
What a gentleman and another American hero. I appreciate and can relate to the fact that Miles had to clean up his internals to move forward, and the macro, same same. Each one of us has to clean up, find our courage and stand shoulder to shoulder to save the country. Marianne is of course a shinning example of this.
Follow that lightbulb moment Miles! Organize those who have been pushed out. I would be happy to help in whatever way I can.
I'm a 68 year old retired school teacher on a very tight pension - don't have much money but I've got time. Have been an activist for years, anti-war and climate change. Not what I thought I would be doing at this time in my life, but bring it on. Let's go!
Phenomenal interview. Sign me up for Operation Forest. Miles, start collecting names even from these comments. I love to organize and I would love to join you.
Why didn’t Kamala talk about this? Why did Dem Party hide this information? It’s disgusting and shameful and difficult to trust anyone in office. Voting needs to be mandatory is only solution as I predict voter turnout will be lowest in history.
From an old woman. Thank the Great Spirit for both of you and any younger person with your kind of intelligence and wisdom and is courageous enough to do the work to save democracy. I will contribute financially to MW and Miles Taylor to save our country for all the children!
Oh, and what you said about transactional relationships in Washington is entirely true. It's been true of a certain subgroup of people for a very long time, but because there is so much money involved and so many people's safety now at risk, it's become the way of that world.
When Stephen Colbert asked Kamala Harris if she had any intention to run for the governor's office in California, she said no. She has no more interest in running for public office at this time. She believes the system has been thoroughly corrupted. And I know it's the transactional nature of relationships in Washington that leads her to this conclusion.
She was a Vice President of the United States of America, and she's not interested in what politics has to offer at this time.
Courage from french corage meaning the Heart..valor, quality of mind and heart to enable one to meet trouble and danger without fear. Thank you Marianne a wonderful and inspiring conversation.
I was surprised, in a good way, to see that you got this interview. And I'm impressed that he acknowledged you as someone in a leadership role at this time in America.
This was a substantial and in some places heartbreaking interview. The story about a guy who went to his wedding having his career destroyed and then writing a swooning letter to Donald Trump is both devastating and terrifying. That people with college education, their health, their future and their families ahead of them would do something so completely amoral.... it's just beyond me. I mean. FFS. Dude! Your life has already been wrecked, what do you have to lose but to stand in front of the world and tell them why?
I remember you saying on your live stream lectures over and over that an idea gathers momentum and strengths when it is shared with other people. The reason I thought your political campaign for the presidency was so misguided is that it put you as a solitary individual out in front, isolated and available to be misunderstood and criticized. Sometimes fairly, beloved Marianne. You are not qualified to be the American president. I believe that firmly and I will never believe anything different, for what I believe to be good reason.
But you are fully qualified to advance your ideas about our democracy and the importance of spiritualizing our American understanding of democracy.
Your first book on American politics (Healing the Soul etc) was *fabulous. I would have loved to see you go on a speaking tour promoting that, and your second book, The Politics of Love, gathering people together in affinity groups which would have been stronger than any one individual, including yourself.
But the past is the past and we are in this moment. I'm enormously proud of you for getting this interview. And I'm impressed that Miles Taylor - a genuine heavyweight in my book. - seems to think so much of you.
This is what we have to do! We need a WOMEN'S STRIKE! Hit them in the only things that matter to them... their money and their penis! What if we had a day when women (and those supporting this effort) didn't go to work? And, how about no sex until Trump is out and we have a decent person leading the country! Okay... that might be stretching it a bit, but I really feel like it is us, the women, who are going to shift this, so what are the most effective ways for us to organize and unite? And, thank you so much, Marianne, for your incredible courage, wisdom, and dedication.

It was really great to join you, MW. Grateful for all you do.
I was deeply impressed with this interview, not only that she was able to attract you but that you treated her so graciously and so respectfully.
It says a great deal about both of you.

“Operation Forest” is a great name 👍😁. I am such a Robin Hood fan. I think a ‘Robin Hood’ is exactly what is called for.

What about The Lincoln Project helping with direction and organizing?
YES. YES. YES. We need all of the experts, formerly part of the government, to join our fight to save Democracy!
To thine own self be true! 😊

Thank you for highlighting and I am going to buy blowback.
I always listen to who you interview because I know it will be a very important listen and awareness need. We’ll share
Wow! This was so moving!🩷🩷

It's SAD. 💔 Because she was *good.

Good job, Marianne. Well done.
Proud of you, and love you to bits.
But you know that already. 😍😁😎🌈🌹
