It is a very dark world we live in for sure and all I can say is that we all have a God giving choice between moral-rightminded thinking or wrong minded thinking as and destruction.
I would wish upon the world that society would always lean towards right-mindness, however we know that's not the current script for the world at least not in the world of form.
For me I can only try everyday to look upon the world with the help and guidance of the Holy Spirit. I do not find it easy for my ego enjoys punishing me much of the time. I am slowly with the help of a book called "A Course in Miracles" working my way towards some level of happiness and truth however it's a constant work in motion.
