Beautifully written as I have come to expect… but I felt a newness and an openness here that resonated so deeply 🙏🏻 Shana Tova to all who celebrate… May we step into our personal as well as collective responsibility of becoming the change we wish to see in the world! 💞
I’m not Jewish, but there is something about you that lets me turn back toward God. The pure love you have for the beauty of believing has opened my heart. Thank you!
WOW🌹You’ve done it again Marianne💙Guided Us Gently thru this Atonement and the Healing of the Weary Heart❤️🩹Much Love & Gratitude🙏🏻I do feel this my Friend🌹🕊as I Am with you, and All, as We are all One🌀Mystery of Life🌚I just wrote that in my journal waiting for 12step phone mtg to start🤝We can’t do this Alone!💚Thank you for Sharing🌹Amen!
I am only now discovering how remarkable the Zohar is as a text calling us to embrace the humility of infinity, reunite the feminine and masculine here on earth now, and esentially be god here and now . . . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OAkCeMZk-Pw&t=1570s
Thank you Marianne. I am not Jewish and did not understand the significance of Rosh Hashanah until reading your post. To me, it does not seem like a "Religious"holiday, but rather a necesarry spiritual "event". I practice asking for forgiveness, but I appreciate learning that there is a process of atonement and healing the heart.
I am so grateful to you, Marianne, for sharing your reflections - and the experience you had that Yom Kippur. At this holiest time of year, may you be blessed with good health, peace and deep joy in this new year. I will be journeying with you every step of the way as we work to transform ourselves and the world! With love and gratitude. ❤️💕❤️
Marianne, you are giving so much more than most to our world with your love and wisdom. Please don't be so hard on your self and remember your own teachings: God love us no matter what! As Deepak Chopra advises: "Take it easy." Wishing you a meaningful spiritual celebration as I imagine you will!
Absolutely beautiful and eloquent. I felt emotional reading it. Thank u for sharing your story. There is so much we can learn at the heart of all wisdom teachings.
Thank you, Marianne. You bring back a memory for me of my father conducting high holy day services at a nursing home at which I, as a child, would blow the shofar. It never failed to "wake" at least some of those in the room--to bring them back to a sense of the present, the now, the holy instant.
