I’ve started on that path a few months ago and it is quite amazing what has happened simply from this conscious intention. But, I still catch myself so many times each day where my head takes over and I let myself slip into old patterns. Your writing today pointed out the urgent need to stop blaming myself when I stray in the same way I would not blame a toddler for missing a step and falling before getting back up again.
