Thanks to you I have had the courage to start an organization (Alumni In Recovery- NJ) to give people a way to speak openly their stories and raise awareness about addiction. empowering people to have much needed community conversations. Together we can recover our world! Revving people up-especially me:) your words always inspire and share often! Miss your live lectures btw:) used to bring people from northern NJ every couple months.
Yes! Thank you— I really appreciate the reminder that sitting and allowing ourselves to think and to feel has to be part of this process… Allowing ourselves ‘not to do’ in order to be available for transformation is so important right now, as we let go of the old paradigms…❤️
