Video: TRANSFORMING THE CHAOS

Our greatest power to change the world lies in thinking about it differently.

There are internal tools for navigating chaos, and boy do we need them now. Where we put our consciousness is as important as where we put our external efforts.

What we think of as our most pressing issues are usually manifestations of the same underlying problem: Gandhi’s point that “humanity is not in its right mind.” The evolutionary leap that will save us is not a collection of data or an advance in technology. It’s a change in our prevailing mindset, from one ruled by separation and fear to one ruled by unity and love.

The guardians of the status quo would argue it’s naïve to think we can make love and compassion the organizing principle of human civilization. In fact, what’s naive is to think humanity will necessarily survive on this planet for another hundred years if we do not at least try.

We don’t need a majority to change the world. We need a critical mass of people who are willing to consider that there might be another way. Every loving thought, every moment of atonement or forgiveness, every prayer for peace or minute of meditation, affects a larger field of possibility. Every one of us, every moment of the day, with every thought we think, can help to change the trajectory of future world events.

Envision a world at peace so we can reverse engineer from there.
