Marianne, thank you so much for writing this. My best friend, a former teacher, now works at Marshalls and has seen exactly this happen over and over and over again this past year. Productive coworkers who had courageously left or often fled their home country, have been arrested or no longer allowed to work. And she's heard many other firsthand stories of spouses and other family members similarly treated so inhumanely. She and other coworkers have been heartbroken again and again.
People who do not have personal knowledge may wonder if these stories are true, but her experiences are plain verification. What is going on in this country cannot and must not be denied. And we must not keep silent. 💔🙏🏼

The government is supposed to protect the people they are responsible for. I worked in Social Services for 40 years - in Corrections and in Child Protection to name two agency's I worked in, and what I saw was the system treating its clients the way they were used to being treated. Child Protection isn't child protection - it's child abuse in the name of child protection. Corrections doesn't help correct behavior so they don't return - they treat them the way they are used to being treated to guarantee they return because the system's funding is numbers driven. The more people who are in the system the more funding is allocated. This entire system needs to be revamped and a question to throw out for you all to think about - how many of these kids are being raped, impregnated and sold into the sex trade because who's keeping track who they are, where they are and who they belong to? NOBODY!!!!!

But we make the mistake of assuming it was only to drown out the (of course also horrifying) Trump-Epstein saga. It seems that the thing most likely to be intentionally buried is the thing involving human “bodies,”—a term a disabled detainee who testified before Congress about the abuses she experienced and witnessed said ICE officials called them—the thing actively and deliberately happening most directly under our own noses, so to speak. Harm that we should certainly be able to “smell,” as it were.

Where do thoughts come from? Since the art of telepathy was lost, our ability to transmit thought, empowered by feeling, has not seemed to waver. So we still retain the power to transmit thought, randomly, but not necessarily where or to whom specifically.
Apparently there are at least two distinct sources of thought; one somewhat uncontrollable, which derives from worldly events and trains of related suggestion, the 2nd from controlled ontological thought, based in logic and reason, our intuitive-perception.
Both sources of thought may evoke useful imagination, even unprecedented inventions, although those thoughts we discover occur simultaneously to other unrelated people in many distant parts of the world; so there is nevertheless a cohesive field available.
Thoughts can also evoke a range of emotions, and vice versa. In any case the range of emotions empowering those thoughts, plus the thoughts, are producing substance, which is either blessing our environment, or cursing it.
Either way, it’s important to consider the environmental impact our expression causes around and beyond us. A good yardstick of that is how it makes us feel. If it makes us sick thinking of unpleasant things, or events we have no power to change, consider our effects on others.
Do we have any right to reflect on sordid past events in human history, especially by comparing the past with despicable things happening today? What good does that do, other than justifying to oneself an excuse to harbour one’s rotten thoughts and feelings?

It’s not just The White House covering for abusers - it’s also the state of California. We saw Eric Swalwell resign in disgrace. But Gavin Newsom is also guilty - the California Victims Compensation Board (Cal VCB) is illegally delaying/rejecting benefits to THOUSANDS of survivors of violence, in essence RE-VICTIMIZING US. My accusations are supported by bad state & federal audits alike. My accusations are further corroborated by a major court loss in which Cal VCB tried to argue that fellow survivors are not entitled to be present at our own hearings - Cal VCB actually tried to argue they can decide whatever they want behind closed doors!
