As always, well-put, Marianne. The analogy to the wound sums up our collective task, and as Messenger of God, Jesus showed us how each of us can cleanse our wounds-and the collective wound of society. This is the larger message of His short and extraordinary life on Earth-and the key to why His Teachings are so enduring.

Outstanding! I have been grappling with how to engage this transformative energies to speak to my spiritual community. I’ve already shared this with my colleagues in ministry and now I have more words to use as I live the Truth I know. Thanks for this message of hope and empowerment in the midst of crisis (dangerous opportunity)

It might be so overwhelming for some of us individually to light the way to a just and loving world but each small act of love and forgiveness spreads out in ways we can't measure. We are so powerful, that our very thoughts of peace, love, compassion and forgiveness are now resonating in the entire universe. Thank you Marianne, always giving a voice to all our hopes and dreams.

Hi Gayle, I understand the article. This is something to which I give a lot of thought. What specifically do you feel I've missed? Respectfully, Kathryn

I think you can start by finding out what banks do with their money. Do they support fascism or peace? With a little digging, the picture will become clear. If you find that the bank you are currently using supports actions or entities that you do not believe are good, withdraw your money and deposit it into a bank that is (working for good).

When I think of money as light or darkness, I would put my support behind the light, and totally disassociate from dark money.

I think it is up to us as an integral part of the Divine, to focus on the light, in what ever form it appears, to outshine the darkness. Banks included!

I think you're naive, Gayle. When I said bankers, I meant financiers in general. Even if you invested your money ethically, and managed to figure out which investments were actually ethical, most of the money in the world is invested by entities that are entirely amoral, and sets the rules for our entire global geopolitical economy. The war in Ukraine, our response to the pandemic, homelessness, global warming, everything humans do on a large scale, is a response to Wall Street's behavior. They are so callous, selfish, and outright sadistic, no amount of sweet intentions will stop them. You won't even put a dent in it.

Oh. I see. Thanks for enlightening me! This seems more like a question for Marianne to answer - which was probably your intention in the first place. I may be naïve but I believe in the concept of the light outshining the dark. Since we are all born of light, we indeed, have at least some influence in the matter.

I'm sorry, Gayle. I really didn't mean to be rude. I agree with you. I like the concept of light outshining the darkness too, but living amongst the hedgefunders, I've realized some hard realities of the Neoliberal agenda, probably similar to the ones Marianne learned from the DNC and media during her campaign. I truly hope someone finds a solution where the light really is capable of outshining the darkness, because the darkness is darker and vaster than I ever would have imagined.

So timely and vitally important as always, Marianne. It was this Easter morning during meditation I grappled with my love for what Jesus gave to man and my inability to incorporate the symbolism of the cross. It came to me yesterday morning, at last, after ruminating on this conflict within myself for many years, that the symbol was a simplistic icon used to touch the souls of people of another time where pain, suffering and violent opposition were so endemic that they would be unable to grasp a different reality.

I realized that the cross was a symbol for us of the journey we all experience as we find ourselves overwhelmed and tired of the struggle of life. Once we come to the point when we decide that we don’t want or need this struggle in our lives, it miraculously disappears as a factor in our consciousness. That is our cross and resurrection. It is embodied in our own evolution. As you clarify in your message today, we have come to an understanding that Jesus did not die to cover us in blood and save us from sin but rather to show us how we too can be resurrected in our own lives.

The SEC is supposed to regulate the financial industry, but they have almost no funding and they're currently run by the former head of Goldman Sachs, who is not about to put his friends in jail. It's just regulation theater, like the EPA, OSHA, the FDA, etc. etc. Crooks own the world, the US absolutely included. Everything Russia does, we do too.

Reading your article my thoughts wondered if people around the world are ready to mature and listen to a Higher power. I like what you wrote, "God can’t do for us what he can’t do through us.".

Will human beings continue to take orders to save themselves, or will we look inwards and go through the growing pains and take better care of the world.
