Marianne, I left this listening suggestion for Mr. America that you might want to check out. Kyle Kulinski from a couple of days ago: "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO ROGAN?"

I sense an "all over the place" hostility/arrogance from you, from this and previous posts. I really have no idea what you are trying to accomplish. You mentioned Kyle Kulinski. Listen to his YT segment from a couple of days ago: "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO ROGAN?"

JD Vance was pushed on Trump from Musk. Vance and Musk have been friends for a long time, they worked in Silicon Valley together. Get ready for Silicon Valley to take over America by using the playbook from Venezuela to gut America so the billionaires can have everything while the middle class becomes the poorest in the country and picking vegetables or better yet, working in the factories of Musk with no overtime pay and barely enough to live off of. Many Americans will move out of the country!

But will Trump's working class voters be satisfied vicariously watching the good ole (white) boys millionaire/billionaire club making money hand over fist in our faces, killing oversight laws, lowering taxes below our own, while, as Musk says, there will be austerity for a while (get used to it). Or will they join with the working class left and DEMAND a piece of the pie to better their own lives. I hope they don't blindly follow these greedy guys and just resign themselves to a lifetime of financial struggle.

I totally agree - I thought it was very undemocratic for the DNC to decide who the democratic candidate would be and then to tell us and pressure us to vote for the person they decided should run. I don't see much difference in the corruption of either party but until the people say, "Enough is enough" - they will continue to get away with their control and dominance.

Everything you say is true ..and much Much more. You touch on the political-censorship-complex. You’ve experienced it . RFK did too. You got side stepped by the Democratic Party- RFK did too- you got pushed out as you don’t confirm ( mercifully) to their Mercy-lessness!

You are RIGHT on the money that they don’t give a darn about the poor , struggling working class .

I wrote to you before regarding Bobby .

My hunch is the adhomenum attacks and relentless media smearing has coloured your view and prevented you seeing THE MSN. The work he had done for the vacvibevinjured( an area I work) and the Children’s Defence health Find -is spectacular ( cf any other politician )

Please read his books! See his movies! -Start with the Real Anthony Fauci

Honestly there is a great deal to know that is ( I am becoming aware ) very problematic.

You might care to be interviewed on a radio station we have here that has long form interviews ( but would need to read those books first !)

All the best

From A Concerned Dr in New Zealand ( not sure how to DM -for contact re interview )

I don't know if you read my last substack; I support the choice of Bobby. I like him and I like what he has accomplished already in opening up conversations that need to be open.

Do you think Bobby will be voted in with so many reps having donors from, and investments in, the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries? I like that he wants to get the preservatives and other additives out of our foods, but I bet the lobbyists have been very busy as of late trying to block his appointment.

What kind of support do you need now for what you want to communicate? Or are you still thinking about the way forward? I was and am very appreciative of your voice, perspectives, messages, courage, and grace given the headwinds you've had

I've given some thought to my reactions to your last essay., I've come to the conclusion that some of my responses still come out of fear and not faith - faith in you, faith in your community, faith in what's best in and for America.

So I think I will own that, put my fears in my God jar so my higher power can manage them, then open my mind and my heart and listen to what you had to say in this interview.

There is nothing more useless to a democracy than a closed mind. And nothing more worthless to a society than a closed heart.

I am choosing to address this in myself and share that with you. I'll talk to you later.

Great interview with Lisa Wexler and hopefully, hopefully, live ones on any TV network or affiliates nationwide. Post-election, it seems as though the Democratic party had gone into hiding, as there hasn't been a public acknowledgment of what happened, what the people may anticipate in the coming months and years, etc. Clearly, they've forgotten all about the people they were elected to serve, and the people responded in kind.

Interesting show, Lisa and Marianne! I did want to correct something that many journalists & podcasters, right as well as left, have wrongly reported re Biden's "his supporters are 'garbage' remark. Biden didn't initiate this comment. He was asked by a reporter about Trump's hatefest at Msq Garden, where speaker after speaker spewed racism, sexism and Islamophobia. The reporter specifically asked Biden about the comedian who said Puerto Rico was a "floating island of garbage." Biden answered angrily that he knew many Puerto Rican people who lived in his state of Delaware, who were very decent and honorable people and that it was Trump's supporters that were "garbage." Was Biden speaking of all Trump supporters or was he referencing the many hate-filled speakers onstage denigrating anyone who wasn't in their elite club. I think he was talking about the persons participating onstage -- but even if he were referencing the average Trump supporter, it was very different than Hilary's calling GOP voters" a nation of 'deplorables."

I noticed that about the Biden remark as well. And Trump has said the country is a garbage can. So there's that...
