Charlie Kirk and the Meaning Of This Moment

We stand right now at a fork in the road. Choose love. Choose love. Choose love.

This is a critical moment for America, and all of us have a part to play in determining where things go from here. This isn’t a moment to talk about who’s right and who’s wrong. I certainly didn’t agree with Charlie Kirk’s politics, but murder is murder and he did not deserve to die.

I come from the generation that saw the assassinations of the Kennedys and King. That is not the way we want to go…

I hope all of us can find it in our hearts right now to withhold the vitriol and turn up the love. According to the Buddha, right thought and right speech are as important as right action. In the words of A Course in Miracles, "God does not give us victory in battle. He lifts us above the battlefield."
