I love this. I do have a big idea, a big dream, that I have had for most of my life. No, it’s not to be famous or wealthy or anything like that. But it would definitely require some huge effort and changes ... I would love to believe that the power of believing could really help make it happen...
Great Meditation Marianne- the vast majority of people react to the circumstances they're presented with unwittingly living a life that Society presents as "normal" OR to aspire to. Think about that! What are we doing? We're not activating our own innate genius which makes us proactive rather than reactive.
t's now established scientifically that the brain has plasticity. By the way in which we think we are creating- every thought creates in the Universe. Refering to "Our Greatest Fear" WE are able to create our own reality. "WHAT!! That's ridiculous- reality is reality."
No, it's -𝗡𝗢𝗧 that's an 𝗔𝗕𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗘.!!!
Because we've time travelled (metaphorically) to the age we now live in, our brain retains a lot of 100,00 year old instincts which are activated by the Amygdala, a part of our brain that is responsible largely for "Fear or Flight". Defeating these primal instiincrs can be achieved by recognising them for what they are. 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬. Purely by the way we 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗞 we can completely transform our brain's Neural Pathways.𝗪𝗘 are in control but that immensely powerful capability is drowned out by .𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗥.
"𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗜𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀" is written to remove that primal fear and liberate us. The scientific discoveries are clear evidence of this. This is a long post, but it needs to be. It would really take a book to cover every aspect, but, suffice to say- if we live in 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘,𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗧𝗛,𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗪𝗘., AND we have a desired outcome for our lives, .𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 XX
