Another beautiful reminder of how to anchor ourselves through the simple power of breathing. Thank you for this. I love watching how my mamas enjoy tuning into their spirituality as they use this meditation during pregnancy. The more I help women prepare for birth, the more I see how profoundly spiritual the transition into motherhood is. Thank you Marianne for being such a graceful influence on my life and the lives of my mamas.
