“In fact, there is a joy in knowing that after all these years, we’ve finally grown up.” Thanks MW, I’m a work-in-progress on this.

I’m exercising my mind and expanding my thoughts by working on growing up; getting to know my true self; with faith that I will feel comfortable in my own skin. Honesty, openness and willingness are important attitudes for me to get there.

Wonderful! We do age with joy. We're having a great time! I am 75 and my husband is 82. We are working on our fixer-upper house, growing food, making things beautiful!

You are SO right. My company, in the '90's, issued CD's, for both desk workers and workers in the field, which demonstrated stretching exercises which the workers could do at their stations. As long as I could regularly schedule the stretching into my day I would leave work with a fresh feeling.
