Democrats, Republicans, same difference, is so obvious, is like what are we talking about?, the time is late in the day, and to think that the current state of our politics, is in any way redeemable

we are kidding ourselves.

Buckminster Fuller said it 'you can not change a system from within, one must create a new one"

Yes our inner change will create outer changes . democracy is pure dogma.

As GC said" No matter who you vote for the govt always gets in"What we have is a central banking economic and political monopoly . Follow the money. Policies follow the money. parties are just a controlled opposition narrative to keep the debt slaves believing( and voting even when their vote is registered with govt and so legally it is controlled by govt- that is a corporation).

All central banking presidents are appointed not elected.

The solution is to create a new system. When more people decide to leave the old, broken system and join a movement for the People by the People; we will defeat the elites and puppet masters.

The complete capitulation to pharmaceutical greed - not just for money but for control - is beyond "left / right" dichotomy .. but is done most enthusiastically from the left, sadly (although some have good intentions and don't realize how polluted the streams of data they - or those they trust - rely on are. As a (former) progressive lefty who didn't think anyone better than Bernie would make it to the Democratic debates (until you, Marianne) .. I deeply resonate with what Toby Rogers says in his writings about how the left is making terrible mistakes. He's a longtime Democrat, active in many elections, and also understands how to analyse vaccine safety studies. If he sounds a little jaded, please forgive. Highly recommend his writings .. there is a religious devotion to a Saviour right now, there always has been but this is ridiculous. https://tobyrogers.substack.com/p/dear-democratic-elected-officials?s=r

Yes .. they are a religion, where there must be Only One, where that One is beyond criticism, and any who dare are shredded and shunned as non believers. Without such blind, certain, dogma, there's an essence within religion / spirituality that can be profoundly healing.

If they could be done safely and assessed honestly, with informed consent and serious efforts to do no harm, vaccines, at least the concept, has profound healing potential too.

The simple explanation of what vaccines do, has a brilliance to it, I think. Yet a hubris that can't respect complex systems.

Could safe / at least clearly more good than harm + informed consent vaccines be made? I don't know. I'd certainly like to think so.

But the corruption - and psychological / emotional / narrative manipulation that industry and all its disciples have been responsible for .. without any acknowledgement of those harms while still racing forward with more coercion (hello, California!) ... is horror on a scale that must be talked about ...

I used to think the word "Satan" in this context was an exaggeration .. OK, there's regulatory capture and corners are cut, but .. Satan, really?

Then they went quickly past free donuts into extreme coercion . . and at the same time, more people deep in science and medicine and ethical statistics and research and actual investigations were explaining, honestly and clearly and admitting what's not yet known, so many reasons these injections - and others, but especially these - are so different than advertised. (Much respect to those who had been speaking up about this all along ... )

But now there were so many more, no one could possibly say there is not enough weight to these arguments that they don't deserve consideration ...

Yet, that's what happened ... complete denial / switching off critical thinking / blind obedience to I Am Science.

Doctors glowing with integrity who were explaining this disease - awful as it is - can be treated, were ignored and insulted by the same people who talk about democracy and diversity and protection and healing.

And people literally dropping, and excuses like "post-pandemic stress disorder" (not that pandemic stress / trauma is not real, but it doesn't cause actual cardiac arrest), and "functional neurological disorder", and nothing to see here.

And the machine that wants to vaccinate everyone, everywhere, races on, and asks 75 years to hide its data, and manipulates the strings of responsibility to protect ...

Maybe satanic beast isn't such an exaggeration after all. Maybe one could anticipate that in the future, if the psychopathic quest for power could meet the technology future humans might make, that could reach places unreachable in biblical times ...

And the devotion to The Savior blocks understanding of what's happening.

This thread is a seriously good explanation of the vaccine - as - religion / what - saved - humanity - and - cannot - be - questioned situation -

Here is renowned American author Jack London's take on businessmen running the world:

"The weakness in their position lies in that they are merely business men. They are not philosophers. They are not biologists nor sociologists. If they were, of course all would be well. A business man who was also a biologist and a sociologist would know, approximately, the right thing to do for humanity. But, outside the realm of business, these men are stupid. They know only business. They do not know mankind nor society, and yet they set themselves up as arbiters of the fates of the hungry millions and all the other millions thrown in. History, some day, will have an excruciating laugh at their expense."

Marianne, this is a chilling and insightful podcast with Nancy MacLean. It confirms my perceptions of what's been happening for years but with great background too. So we must all accelerate together onto the on ramp!

Meanwhile, there are individuals uniting around the world to achieve deeper democracy than our divisive one. I urge you to interview international lawyer on constitutional law and systems scientist Anneloes Smitsman. She has participated in drafting constitutional principles that would enhance democratic governance by linking all societal/organic systems; thereby, preserving our ecoystems while making all of existence more inclusive. Additionally, I believe Smitsman has been invited to speak with a major law association in Europe that wishes to learn more about the application of this approach, called the SEEDS Constitution (Sowing Ecological, Equitable and Decentralized Societies for a regenerative renaissance). You may recall Smitsman since you interviewed Jean Houston, who is co-authoring the Future Humans Trilogy with Smitsman. So I hope you can get Anneloes on your interview agenda. She's an amazing person of compassion and enlightenment.)

Again, Marianne, I totally appreciate this podcast. I will forward it to those I know who care deeply about upgrading our democracy. We are at the tipping point and disunity doesn't help!

Although many are adept at pointing out the mistakes and problems within our present situation, and it's been done repeatedly, I've yet to hear anyone suggest anything resembling possible solutions. It's one thing to point out global warming, corporate and government corruption etc., but those of us receptive to this message have no idea how to create the power to combat these issues. It's like a doctor informing us we have an incurable disease. Even if we know of a possible cure, the medical association prevents its use. Basically you're talking to the choir. Was this book written with the intention of angering its readers by pointing out all the ways we've been duped? Or does it have something constructive to offer in the way of a solution? If it's just another history book then it's not worth reading to me for I too have lived through the years of hidden deceit and trickery. My conclusion became those who created the mess are the only ones who can change it. This leaves us, the citizens aware, but simply helpless.

Professor McLean has mass formation psychosis bad. I'm guessing to an extent that to her nobody who's a self-identified Democrat can ever be as wrong as any self-identified Trump supporter regardless of the nature of their sins. She struck me as particularly emblematic of the problem conservatives have with liberal partisans teaching history in our colleges. A 'problem' I'm fairly certain she's entirely oblivious to.

This was incredibly informative and brings such clarity in understanding how we have landed in this moment . I love the nuances and detail that you both brought into this conversation . Marianne, with absolute conviction in miracles, I believe Biden will make those changes . My intuition is that he is holding out in hope he can sway republicans in some matters but fears if he takes executive action now, all hope of any compromise will be off. Your tireless efforts are greatly appreciated!!

Marianne, I want to apologize to you and your quest. I said what was on my mind and was truthful about something being intrinsically wrong with quite a few of everyday working people who are supporting evil. I am not going to bring the creator into it, but, ask the Native Americans, if there is a creator. Civilizations have fought about this for years. I cannot change anyone’s mind on that. I can say, that trying to be the best person you can be, when you act on things you know to be wrong, how can that be good? Think about if everyone did that. This is multiplying. We either want a, “garden of eden”, or we want chaos. If you look at a child, yes, they are very, “I” oriented in the beginning, but they soon learn that they have to think of others. They are so, “raw” with communicating their feelings of joy and shame. We develop all these qualities and choose good and evil, mind over matter. Are we just full of matter, or do we have a mind? I will look into what Joan said, but I believe in inherent goodness. Yes, there are things going on in the sky and worse. We have to choose! I don’t not know what went on in the system and how to fix it, other than saying, “we have to fix ourselves”.

Hi Marianne,

Jane Meyer’s Dark Money is also helpful on this theme. One thing that the Koch brothers understood, and which the environmental-progressive movement has yet to twig, is that the key to social change is mindset change – affecting how people think. Donella Meadows put ‘changing paradigms’ and ‘the goals of the system’ at the top of her list of leverage points for changing systems.

It’s not enough for those of us in your audience to ‘push back’. I suggest that what is vitally required is a means of improving both the thinking and the emotional functioning of mainstream people – who in reality are the friends, neighbors and business colleagues of the members of the millions of groups that care about environmental and social well-being. Behavior follows from thinking.

By ‘improving thinking’ I mean helping people grasp the actual reality of current environmental trends and their devastating consequences (here in Australia we are experiencing ‘rain bombs’ on the heels of the 2019-20 catastrophic fires across the continent; in California and Colorado nature is waiting folks up…). Importantly, improving thinking also involves helping people grasp the systemic drivers that make all the environmental trends worse. Devotion to economic growth and corporate control of governments are major ones.

It’s hard for most people think about systemic change. The system is so massive. I developed Kitchen Table Conversations as a tool to make systemic change mentally manageable. It uses labels on beer coasters to help people keep track of the conversation. The vision for taking it to scale is to inspire as many of the members of goodhearted groups as possible to act as citizen-educators / evolutionary catalysts. Inspiring Transition is a support platform.

Not to be shy, I have a well thought out ‘new paradigm for social change’. It draws on DesignShop thinking, Feldenkrais insights into improving brain functioning, teachable techniques for resolving trauma (EFT being one), plus insights from marketers. I believe I have a way that the entire environmental- progressive movement can align to become orders of magnitude more effective.

As always, I would be pleased to talk with you about this. We need to catalyze a new kind of social change movement.

Andrew Gaines

What's there to think about? They continue and deniers insist it's just normal plane exhaust. I think at this point I'm better off accepting that everything has gone too far and it can't be altered at this point. We are dealing with pure, unadulterated evil.
