Succinct, on point, and unafraid. May we all look within ourselves to architect a new reality. Also, kudos to whoever designed the cover graphic!

Human nature frequently treat human affairs as a zero sum game. Those who live in an abundance mentality, a REAL abundance mentality-not the "I need mine" version that passes for it, will treasure a life ethic that celebrates the success of others, as well as one's own success.

MW raises a huge question or rather hopeful wish - will American culture or western materialism rather grow spiritually- will it ever get better?

The trend has been very much the other way since JFK was eliminated, or one can look back further -look back as far as the 17thc when self seeking Europeans first show up.

I haven't listened to the video yet ... AND, I had a premonition/message/realization come through when Saturn was transiting Libra that Americans would have to reckon with their complicity in the government outsourcing war. The American people have been far too quiet on the warmongering. The willful ignorance and hypocrisy has been far too prevalent. We demand gun reform while administration after administration wages and facilitates war around the globe. This was never going to end well.

Yes, I greatly appreciate the video. And as a recovering alcoholic that is currently working through a 4th Step yet again, the reference to the 12 Steps made my heart smile. The 12 Steps are a Divine Path for accountability and Redemption. I have often thought that we would have a completely different world if more were willing to do the humbling and clarifying work of the Steps. It is through this work that I learned to let go of my victimhood, illusions/delusions, righteousness and the worldview that upheld the aforementioned.. I believe we call that transformation. And I began to "practice these principles in all my affairs".. which means I saw the world with greater clarity. And yet, here I am again, doing yet another inventory because the egoic wounds run deep and I am called to an ever deepening healing. At one time I CRINGED when others suggested that the most I could do for this world was my internal work/healing; I really felt that was a copout. And here I am NOW, KNOWing that it is my greatest offering. I look forward to the Zoom Town Hall Meeting this evening, Marianne.

Shana Tova, Happy New Year to all! As I prayed today, one of the holiest times of the year for us Jews, I saw a world filled with peace, prosperity, generosity, health, happiness, and abundance of Love! May this pray be shared with others and know that we can and will make a difference...Shining my heart light out to the world...sending love and light! πŸ™πŸΌπŸ©΅Sigi

Perfect timing with Yom Kippur coming up.

All the spiritual wisdom helps us - learning and educating on our history helps - to Re-cognize. Perfect healing in ACIM β€œthere is no difficulty in miracles”. And as you have often said(ACIM” would you rather live in the crucifixion or in the resurrection β€œ

And another AA quote: ” may you find God now’

Atonement-At One-Ment:)

Thank you, Marianne... I especially appreciated your pointing to how each "side" has erred in only acknowledging half of the larger whole. Yes, we are slave-owners AND abolitionists, both. Developmental psychologists point to being able to hold "both-and" as the "engine of maturity"... and we need most is to mature and grow up, as a country and as a species...

With great power comes great responsibility. Leaders have their choice: to choose the power of love over the love of power. We have ours. Yes, we cannot out source our personal karma anymore and time is up. With respect for you love and intelligence and for saying what needs to be said with simple elegance.

This was beautiful, Marianne.

I was thinking of this in terms of this being, in part, engineered division in the US by foreign powers, but mostly the incentives of an economic system that was pushed on the the rest of world at the point of a gun. Incentives that exploit the division that exists in all societies in order to profit from it.

With great power the US has done this all over the globe for 200 years. Corrupted the leadership of foreign nations, sewed division, paid agitators, propagandised, murdered government officials, bombed and shot innocent civilians by the millions etc. etc. In order to control, to rape and pillage. Now it seems from the outside where I sit, the US is being turned on itself in the same manner. Those corrupting incentives of the US capitalist system that reward psychopathic behavior abroad are taring the US apart.

I always hoped people like you, Marianne, and the Sanders campaign, could have taken control and used that power for good. But alas...

Let's hope it isn't too late.

I see the horrific Kirk memorial speeches, I see the looming war on Venezuela, and the empire grinds on with the same corrupting incentives in control.

Please rise up, good people is the US, we are rooting for you!

Marianne what great insight you have into the world of Karmic inheritance for Americans. We shall, as a group, sit on this chair unless we take action to move with grace and contrition for our nation’s current pathway into violence and destruction around the globe and on our own soilβ€”our communities and familiesβ€” must be made aware of Karma. It’s not woo woo at all. All time exists at once, so we can even see how this karma can take place, even in our own history. It’s simply not right to kill anyone, steal anything and terrorize people, as if Gaza isn’t a good example of our own ignorance, greed, and thoughtlessness. The β€œBilkionaires” keep sponsoring people like Fuentes and their racist ilk, cloaked in anything but the true meaning of the words of Jesus Christ. They’ve made these monsters, who trudge through America with overblown hyper masculinity; in previous Nazi Germany, the soldiers admitted they never fully believed or agreed with Hitler’s ideology; they merely did it for the money. That’s why it’s hard to stop this train now. There’s boatloads of money for ripping immigrant families apart, for bombing innocent children in Gaza, and no one has ever stood up to the 900 black sites around the world that no other nation possesses. These acts are all against the words of Jesus Christ and God, and frankly, all spiritual law no matter what the religion is. When I hear these haters go at it, it’s paid for by a billionaire, somewhere in the world; someone’s cashing in to divide everyone, so much so, that we cannot even recognize our true selves. God Bless America, and I am sorry for having witnessed this and not done enough. This America began in violence in white settler colonization. We have been better at times, and we need to be contrite and humble. Today was prophesied to be the end times: the rapture! It’s not happening like this. But I’m okay with saying to any and all fundamentalists, β€œyou missed the boat dude! You need to do better!” Karma is real, and it is a bitch. As long as a person knows better than to break spiritual laws, a person can escape them. But we are also responsible as a nation. How did these good Christian people get so lost?
